a shaded area for relaxing away from the sun as well as the large swimming pool.
The pool area is open until 10 p.m. each evening, the deck area provides both sunny and
shaded areas. During the summer make use of the shaded areas to read and relax, during
the cooler winter months the pool receives the sunshine all day long to both heat up the
pool and for you to relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun.The pool itself is of a good size and is heated free of charge for year round usage. The pool is cleaned frequently and is regulated by the state authorities. Generally, visitors to Florida use the pool in between visits to attractions etc. so there are usually times when the pool is very quiet for those that like it that way and also times when you can go to the pool and have a chat with your fellow guests. Don't worry about having to walk miles to the pool – Our villa is one of the closest and is just steps away the Pool area. Other Villas are further but the the site is small and compact and the furthest house is only about 50 yards away from the pool. 
Most private pools are too small to swim in, the house blocks out the sun for long periods
of the day. Young children are tempted to wander onto the patio whilst you are relaxing
inside the house and can easily fall into the pool with obvious consequences.
Heating, if available, is an expensive extra. Our Villa's pool area has none of these
drawbacks and is without doubt one of the best features of the site providing a focal
point for people to meet, talk about their experiences at the parks or how cold the weather is
back home and make new friends from all around the World whilst relaxing in a nice setting.
